The Dragon Project
This page is still working in progress.
Now you might be wondering what this is supposed to be. This is a ambitious indie game project about a anthromorphic dragon and a party of other anthromorphic animals fighting demons and stopping a cult from reviving a demon god. I'm hoping to make the story a mix of Shonen anime and RPGs.
The game is a pseudo open-world beat-em-up + hack-n-slash platformer, and it will have 16-bit graphics with painting-style pixel art backgrounds, SNES styled music that emulates David Wise, Nobuo Uematsu, Kenji Ito, Yasunori Mitsuda, and Hiroki Kikuta, SNES-like sounds, and full on voice acting. There are also gallery shooter sequences, SHMUP sequences, and stealth sequences.
There are 7 worlds to explore, and each world has a style of progression where once you defeat the final boss of that world, demons will no longer spawn in that world. Instead you fight crooks and dangerous animals. The worlds themselves have villages and a large city where you can meet their leaders. These towns have shops, hotels/inns, bars, restaurants, and mini games.
The characters have different skills and abilities to choose from, but for the most part they can walk (only with controllers), run, sprint, dodge, jump, and attack. When they are on a slope, they can slide down said slope and also trip enemies along the way.
I'm still trying to develop the gameplay for this thing, and I really need to improve my effort for this.

Erutika
Erutika lost her parents from a bombing caused by the cult. She and her sister, Kintra spent their childhood stranded in the streets of her home kingdom, Senkanuso, with Erutika often getting most of the trouble as she picks people's pockets and steal food. Her Sister was eventually taken into a school, leaving Erutika to fend for herself. After essentially stopping a bank robbery by raiders, Erutika was visited by a man who was good friends with her father. Erutika's father was a well known pirate, and although he is addressed as such, he still had a funeral after the bombings, causing him to sink with his own ship. The man was a member of her father's crew, and 4 other members survived the bombings.
