RedDragonCats17's MegaMan Fullgame
This is just a project that I've had in mind. It's similar to Serio's Castlevania Fighter, as it is boss rush based, but it's based on the 32-bit MegaMan games with some slight modifications.
First, the game is going to have completely original artwork and music. If I could find someone on Deviantart who could take a commission, that'll make things very easy. As for the music, I know 1 YouTuber who can make some awesome metal songs.
Omega Zero is going to be in this, but he's a hidden boss and he's going to have a little bit of a twist. Instead of using MegaMan Zero's sprites and a darker palette, Omega Zero is going to have some design influences from Maverick Hunter Zero, such as the helmet, the chest plate, and the forearm guards. He's also going to use Maverick Hunter Zero's Z buster plus the Z buster combo from MegaMan X2, and also use the Z Saber sprites from MegaMan Zero 1. His stage is also going to have flashing images of both Zero's (Maverick Hunter Zero and MegaMan Zero) memories, primarily events in the 16-bit MegaMan X games, MegaMan X4 & X5, pre-MegaMan Zero 1, and MegaMan Zero 1-2 (Dr. Wily, Vile, Sigma, and Iris for Maverick Hunter Zero, and Ciel, the four guardians, Cyber-Elf X, The Resistance, and Copy X for MegaMan Zero).
The final battle with Sigma is also going to be completely original.
The sequence of Sigma's base blowing up from the 16-bit MegaMan X games is going to be in it, along with the running ending sequence.
I'm planning on posting progress of the game in my blog and the MUGEN Forums that I'm in.
